This included training of new market staffs in Paramus, Washington D.C., Boston and Atlanta.• Lead training with tenured staff to elaborate on upholstery and leather knowledge and to build design confidence.• Conducted a hands-on stain lab to better understand durability and cleaning solutions for R&B fabrics and leathers.• Created an annual design challenge as a team building exercise to share everyone’s unique approach to design problem solving.• Developed a color theory workshop first for the New York team, then DC before co- creating a Color Theory presentation with the NY merchandiser that was distributed company wide as a training tool.
