My key business skills include mining operations and leadership, board experience, asset management, large-scale contract negotiations, supplier negotiations and large team leadership, this includes working in unionised environments.I am recognised as a highly adaptable mining executive with a proven track record in the industry. I am passionate about innovation in mining, delivering appropriate strategic management and leadership guidance. As a company director in non-executive and executive positions, I have used my change management skills to lead organisations skilfully into the future, adapting new technology to business needs. I also possess an in-depth knowledge of mining assets (plant and equipment) and have experience with autonomous solutions.I hold an MBA from the University of Cumbria, UK (2020), I am a certified Director (Institute of Directors SA) since 2018, I obtained IV certification from the University of Queensland Business School (2011) and Advanced certification in Strategic Negotiations from ENS International in 2010.
