I am a former senior audit partner in PwC Australia , retired in March 2024 having served in this role for close to 27 years. I have been the lead audit and review partner on large ASX listed entities, NASDAQ dual listed entities, multinationals and private equity owned businesses. I have lived and worked in the USA and UK and have held a number of industry leadership roles in PwC covering Australia and Asia. I am a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia / New Zealand (FCA) and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors ( GAICD). I have had significant experience with US GAAP, SOX and PCAOB requirements. I served in a number of industry leadership roles which have included being the Asia Pacific Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) Industry Leader with responsibilities for connecting PwC's regional network to our clients operating across this sector. A member of the global TMT leadership team involved in our global industry strategic initiatives and have built up a network of contacts with PwC's global TMT practices. Served as the PwC Australia Technology Industry Leader and the PwC Asia Assurance Markets Leader.I am actively involved in the for purpose sector as a non executive director and audit and risk committee chair.
