30+ years of experience in the horticulture trade has equipped me with the professional knowledge in all aspects of this diverse industry.I believe in making a difference in the industry and making a tangible contribution to horticulture and the landscape, this can be achieved by establishing and maintaining outstanding client relationships and understanding their needs. My career has involved key account and commercial account management for some of Sydney’s largest and busiest landscape firms and for NSW and Victorian Councils. I have been responsible for timely despatch of orders and project management for some of Sydney’s biggest and newest developments, not to mention some of the most iconic floral displays in Australia. These have included Floriade, Hunter Valley Gardens and Hyde Park in the Sydney CBD.I have managed high level landscape maintenance and staff management roles at Hunter Valley Gardens in Pokolbin, Milton Park Country House Hotel & Spa in Bowral a 12 month contract at MGM Grand Casino in Macau, China and Landscape maintenance management for one of Sydney's biggest and most visible councils. These covered everything from cold climate perennial and trees maintenance right through to Chinese New Year installations of topiarised Mandarin trees, and 4 to 6 times a year floral and landscape changeovers of hand chosen stock. I manage all aspect of landscape maintenance management. Sites managed range from simple streetscapes through to large scale highly visible parklands and gardens.Staff management, horticultural management, training and mentoring have all been an integral part of my career.
