Opened pre-leasing center, obtained 25% leased prior to first move-ins, responsible for hiring and training full team, inspected and accepted all apartments and common areas. Managed retail tenants. 3601 Market: 28-story high-rise consisting of 363-units above 15,600 SF of retail and restaurant space. Located in downtown Philadelphia. Opened pre-leasing center, hired full team consisting of 24-hour doorman, leasing team, porter/groundskeeper and maintenance team. Established and moved in 60-residents, resulting in 17% occupancy within first month. Increased price per square foot from pro-forma of $2.87 to an average $3.03 PSF.
