My career in Supply Chain has been built by tackling and succeeding in tough and challenging roles across multiple businesses and industries. My passion is drive change by leading diverse, global and cross functional teams to improve processes and achieve results. I have been successful in supply chain roles in both consumer and industrial businesses that span both long and short cycle models. These have included appliances, lighting, aircraft engines, electric motors, oil and gas offshore equipment, and industrial valves. The key to success has been to develop the right tools and business processes as required for each situation along with the right team to execute. I have also led many business transformation projects. These included Lean Six-sigma leader in the GE Lighting business to reduce customer facing lead-times, Supply Chain Integration leader for a $1.3B valve business acquisition, and Restructuring Leader to rightsize four manufacturing sites into as single $200M production facility.My greatest strength has been to lead diverse teams and drive change that positively impacts the customer while efficiently managing business costs and assets. I have done this by utilizing my skills in materials management, Lean Six-sigma and by balancing operational results and accountability with longer term sustainable change.
