Engineered a tailored product launch through regional managers and communication event. The outcome of the launch was that it generated £30m in new business applications within the first three months. Solved an inbound capacity issue when demand outstripped available resource. This was achieved through utilising short term contracts while developing internal capabilities and procedures, clearing the backlog of applicants within a two week period.
