In this role as Sr. Systems Engineer I am leading the integration and test efforts on a state of the art test and training range datalink which will replace an aging system currently installed in several ground and airborne applications. I'm working with a team of engineers covering various disciplines to integrate the datalink in the lab and field, test.

I managed a team of as many as 27 engineers and summer students as both a technical manager and a resource manager. My team supported primarily datalinks for airborne, ground, and space applications from an integration and test perspective.

As Technical Project Manager (TPM) I lead a small team through design, integration, test, and customer support of a missile-launched space-based communication system.

As a Systems Engineer I performed requirements capture, requirements decomposition and allocation, document generation, customer interface, customer reviews, waiver and deviation generation and defense, as well as acceptance and qualification testing of the space-based datalink engineering prototypes. I continued to support the product and customer through.
