My major achievements included:• 70 improvement in OHS Statistics which was the lowest for 25 years and achieved a historical 500 days without any Lost Time Injuries. This resulted in reducing Workers Compensation Premium by $1.2 million over three years.• Negotiated a 44-month Enterprise Agreement, which set a benchmark with FMCG Companies and managed the reduction of 40 manufacturing employees with no IR ramifications.
