Completion of; Emotional Intelligence, Crisis Prevention Management, Professional Writing Mechanics, Sanctuary, Medication Certification TCI and SCIP-R certifications. As an Administrator at Vanderheyden Hall I over saw the staff and daily operations of the agency. I sat on the Sanctuary Committee and participated in the certification process for the agency. As an employee with the NY Justice Center, I was selected as a mentor for onboarding and training new hires. I currently hold a spot on the Social Events Committee as the co-chair. I have sat on committees that evaluate the effectiveness of policies, operation and training of new staff. I currently serve as the Union Stewart for PEF at the NYJC. I finished my B.S. from Cazanovia College in 2017 and will be starting the MSW program at the University at Albany School of Social Welfare in the Fall of 2017.
