Learning to work from Dad made my experience practical, and construction became second nature to me. After moving to California, I spent almost 22 years in commercial construction, working as the Vice President of Field Operations for Intertex General Contractors, Inc., a Southern California based contractor, before starting my own company in 2009. The projects that I have experienced range from small residential projects to large commercial projects in the private and public sectors. I've overseen projects ranging from a few thousand dollars to over $20 million, with a total of over $236 million in completed projects. I specialize in being able to work with people and resolve issues. Construction is, to a large extent finding good solutions to difficult situations. My approach is to be accessible and supportive of the team from the workers in the trenches to the executives and owners at the top. Drawing on my background, I can be real and direct about the project with the parties involved in an appropriate and essential way. My goal in construction management is to reduce the stress for the client and, at the same time, greatly increase the chance of success of the project. Completing the project within the budget and within the timeframe with minimal issues and good quality is what clients are looking for.Permit Proz provides construction permit expediting and agency approval services.My current and primary interest are in serving Christian churches and non-profit organizations by providing construction management services.
