Rod has over 30 years of experience in business management, consulting, and enterprise software serving large global clients across a broad spectrum of manufacturing industries. In 2011, he joined Kalypso as a Partner joining forces with a passionate set of Consulting professionals to help the world’s largest and most influential companies innovate and discover, create, make and sell better products across the full product lifecycle. As the Internet of Things and AI technology came of age, our business quickly transitioned to applying advanced concepts and technology to support what is now called Digital. Kalypso was acquired by Rockwell Automation in 2020, becoming its digital services arm. Rod led the expansion and growth of the business with his initial responsibility for Kalypso’s relationship with PTC and support for the explosive growth, much of it based on our partnership and the build-out of a comprehensive set of professional services capabilities across PTC’s broad portfolio of software technology. As the market transitioned to Digital technologies, he assumed responsibility for our Enterprise Technology capabilities across the firm, setting the strategic direction and investments in growth. During his tenure as a Partner at Kalypso, he was responsible for securing and leading some of the largest digital transformation and PLM consulting projects for industry-leading brands across life sciences, industrial, high-tech, and retail industries.Rod is now a Principal, Director responsible for Rockwell Automation’s Digital Business Group in EMEA where he leads commercial and delivery efforts and drives digital solutions and client success in global and strategic accounts in the region. His career prior to Rockwell Automation and Kalypso he spent ten years at PTC as a Senior Vice President and field leadership roles serving clients with the implementation of enterprise technologies focused on driving innovation in product development and manufacturing.
