I have done most everything from driving to fleet management.I have worked in dispatch and fleet safety.Hope in the future to go back into an office as a load planner .I believe that in order to do this job a planner we must know first hand what a driver deals with everyday.The transportation industry is an ever changing environment and planning and dispatch must stay on the cutting edge of all these changes.
