We do NRA Basic Pistol courses for the Ohio CCW permit in addition to Defensive Shooting Fundamentals designed to take the new or experienced shooter to a level of competency to carry a firearm for the protection of themselves and others. Manage and perform survey and right of way activities for county maintenance and construction operations. Supervise county mapping department and personnel. Vice Chair of Regional Planning Commission and Chairman of Transportation Committee. Assist townships with roadway and right of way issues. Prepare in-house construction roadway plans. Assist Sheriff's Office with 911 mapping.

Roadway and utility mapping for pipeline replacement projects for one of Ohio's largest residential gas suppliers. Projects ranged from congested metropolitan environments to rural areas. Court and jury exhibits and consultant for gas and oil lease litigation cases involving dormant mineral rights.

Managed all surveying functions for design, construction, operations and facility projects. Designed roadway, right of way and maintenance projects. Acted as interim Real Estate Administrator which was responsible for all eminent domain right of way acquisition and property management functions for District 11. Reviewed consultant prepared right of way projects. I was on the initial team that brought CADD into the Ohio Department of Transportation and served as the statewide survey software coordinator and support person for ODOT during implementation.
