A strategic role within the LHIN. Gather Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (Provincial), Regional (multi-LHIN), and LHIN (Local) Digital Health priorities and build an annual Digital Health work plan. Manage overall local Digital Health budget, work with local Health Service Providers (HSPs) to ensure delivery of projects are done within expected timeframes. Liaise with HSPs, delivery partners, and key stakeholders to influence implementation and adoption. Where Local priorities are approved by the LHIN, facilitate or participate in procurement activities, create project schedules, build specific sector Digital Health strategies or approaches, facilitate or chair supporting working groups, committees or advisory councils, coordinate resources, manage vendors and/or consultants and related budgets.

Independently source up-to-date multi-LHIN project information from multiple delivery partner organizations that contributed to LHIN, multi-LHIN and Ministry reports which acted as an implementation and adoption gauge and a foundation for Senior Management to make fact based decisions. Strong relationship building skills were necessary to: network, build budgets, discuss and capture risks, formulate strategies, facilitate fact gathering sessions, all with a focus on Digital Health priorities which aligned with organizational direction.For just over one year, took on additional accountabilities to lead the Project Management Office (PMO) across both the Mississauga Halton and Central West LHINs where I: increased adoption of Eclipse (project and portfolio management tool) across both LHINs and with multiple Health Service Providers (HSPs), became the in-house trainer for Eclipse and delivered training to over 50 resources from 6 HSPs, independently built strategic reports that contributed to the deployment of the Central Ontario Cluster model, and facilitated community engagement Project Management / Project Portfolio Management Forums.

Implemented and directed the PMO with responsibilities in both Canada and the US. Accountable for reporting $1M+ project portfolio activity to the Senior Executive PMO Team. Developed and implemented an effective project management methodology for Mosaic. Strategically aligned the organizations project activity utilizing common processes and leveraging best practices across North America. Reported to the CEO and later the CIO.

Accountable for all aspects of customer (both internal and external) information flo data collection, analysis and reporting for the Canadian client base. Active member of the Senior Leadership Team. Directed the: IS Administrators, Analysts and Information Managers across 3 locations. Responsible for: maintaining an efficient resource group, departmental budget of approx. $1M, pricing / costing, as well as integrated charge back models. Reported to the VP of Operations.

Simultaneously managed multiple (10+) full time and tactical Consumer Packaged Goods client programs. Developed and implemented a "start at the end first" methodology to efficiently manage the process of information flow. Independently managed a Mosaic hosted custom sales force automation solution. Developed on-boarding procedures and assumed training role for new hires.
