Performed duties specifically related to the processing and coordination of a real estate sales such as initiate listings, prepare contracts, set up inspections, complete mitigation in short sales and Real Estate Owned properties, ensure property disclosure reports are provided and allow for smooth transaction with all parties involved.In the loan processing facet I was responsible for analyzing loan applications, preparation of disclosures, order preliminary title reports, credit reports, and other various documentation for completeness and sufficiency before loan submission and approvals. Order and follow-up on payoff demands, mortgage histories, employment verifications, subordination agreements and various other underwriting conditions to fund the loan(s). Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, organizing workflow to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines. Also worked with various title/escrow companies monitoring process to ensure documents are recorded in a timely manner and ensure successful loan closing. As a loan processor I was also the point of contact for all parties to obtain loan status and reporting on a daily basis to customers/borrower, managers and other involved parties.As an office administrator, I was responsible for all duties requiring office administration such as accounting, record keeping, answering phones/messages etc

Led research and evaluation of emerging trends in the information and economics technology field to determine their worth to the corporation. Furthermore, this position allowed me to design and oversee the creation and implementation of new technologies for our customers as well as staff members and corporate members. As a manager of technologies and research I was also able to recommend ways to apply new products and solutions to maximize their value to the corporation heavily relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This position required that I use a wide degree of creativity/latitude to lead and direct several staff members including the corporate body and CEO.
