My job had three facets: group facilitations; one-on-one executive and career coaching; and operational oversight of processes and consultants for the Portland, OR office.

Executive Forum provided management training in the form of seminars, limited-enrollment workshops, and one-on-one consultations. Focus: teaching professionals how to handle the competing demands of leadership.

MarkAir was attempting to expand from intra-Alaska to throughout the US. This was ultimately unsuccessful because of insufficient capital and equipment to provide a clear market presence. I was responsible for reservations operations (hard and soft assets, personnel) and community relations.

The Senior Director position evolved from growing and overseeing Reservations Operations (six large inbound call centers -- staff of 1300) into additionally overseeing corporate Sales/Marketing, Human Resources, and Recruitment/Training. Also directed the flight attendant employee relations group. My approach was -- and still is -- to gain final buy-in by.
