A game-changing solution in Dementia care. Ode uses fragrance to promote appetite, and halt nutritional decline, amongst people living with Dementia. Formed with co-founder Lizzie Ostrom, as part of the ‘Living Well With Dementia Challenge’. A Department of Health initiative, facilitated by the Design Council, that invited design led thinking to address the key health and social challenges posed by the rapid increase in Dementia in the UK.Launched as a Rodd spin-out, we went from selling our prototypes to an international, award winning brand, with sales partners across Europe, Japan and Australia in a whirlwind three years.

I was invited to join the mentorship panel of the inaugural Design Council Spark Product Incubator.
