Challenged to transform operations and supply chain processes, identify efficiencies, and prepare the business for rapid scale up of e-commerce across the main bricks and mortar plus the acquired banners of Endy, Silk and Snow, Hush, and Casper.Spearheaded a network analysis of 22 distribution centers nationally supporting over 300 stores.Founded and led a cross functional team of influence consisting of senior leaders spanning multiple areas tasked with designing a rapid prototype distribution center model. This concept would support all banners and eliminate significant external cost of logistics support. This was designed, tested, and fully implemented ahead of schedule in Bellville Ontario.This concept will rapidly scale nationally with Calgary in 2024, allowing not only significant cost savings, but the ability to now leverage the Sleep Country home delivery team to service the e-commerce banners of Endy, Silk and Snow, and Casper as part of an increased digital offering.

Provided leadership, advice, planning, and execution in the target areas of Operational Accountability, Integrated Labor Planning, Operations Flow, Process Control, and Task Segmentation.The design and leadership of a custom Strategy and Optimization team was key in identifying transformation opportunities. Building the team from internally recruited talent resulted in the greatest insights and sustained measurable action. Further utilizing in house cross-functional skills by establishing a data insights team. Providing actionable direction and end to end KPI redesign ensured accurate placement of targets and milestones allowing the team to track progress confidently.
