Recruiting both industry and retailers to locate in Clarksville-Montgomery County.

As the jobs development specialist for ECD, I was repsonsible for recruiting new industries to the 10 county Mid TN region as well as assisting existing industries with expansion. Primary role was to educate/inform industries of available state incentives. In addition, I was the liason between industries and the pertinent state departments such as training and infrastructure, labor and workforce, and revenue among others.

Managed all aspects of 35 one-hour photo labs in the Middle TN market. Responsibilites included overseeing photo lab managers, creating and implementing marketing tools and special events, photo lab and equipment inspections, and inventory control. I was also heavily involved with opening 20 new labs.
