As an experienced Product Owner in the Healthcare sector, I enjoy problem solving and working at pace across multiple teams and have broad experience of Agile project management and more recently DevOps.At the end of 2023, I moved to work alongside a team of talented Cloud Developers supporting the development our new CI/CD services with our new DevOps Toolchain. We are adopting a combination of Kubernetes, Docker, Bitbucket, Ansible, Terraform, Backstage, Grafana, Trivy and Helm tools to name a few. We have a mix of Public (AWS, Azure) and Private (Cegedim Cloud). It is fascinating to be involved supporting the NHS with our technology at this point in time. Since joining over three years ago my key focus had been on interoperability and integrating our clinical system with multiple third party applications with a very wide range of capabilities. This continues to be part of my role, with the support of other colleagues.During last year, I had been managing my own integration team, Bhishma, who were responsible for SCI-Gateway, Labeltrace and preparations for Docman 10 integrations with our Vision Anywhere product. Curiosity and continual learning are important. Recently, my focus has been on developing my knowledge of cloud computing, DevOps and my general interest in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare. I have successfully gained AWS Cloud Practitioner, Professional Scrum Master and Advanced Professional Scrum Master qualifications. I continue to read on these subjects, enjoy a wide range of audiobooks, technology podcasts, and attend events, plus virtual Meetups to continuously grow my knowledge. I am enthusiastic, self motivated and happy to work unsupervised, however, I really enjoy working as part of a team producing valuable outcomes for stakeholders and users. My communication skills are strong and have good experience producing, clear and professional documents and visuals. I am happy working at all levels of the organisation from senior directors to fellow colleagues. Confluence, JIRA, Slack, Miro, and ServiceNow are other tools that I am familiar.My positive, hands-on approach to achieving high quality results ensure that I make an impact in a team and deliver business value.
