• Conducts cycle time of different operation processes, propose, implement, and monitor improvements • Machine Preventive Maintenance, Repair and Monitoring • Provide Daily instructions and schedules to technicians • Conducts trial and adjustment of jigs and fixtures and innovation equipment/machines• Assists in the development of preventive maintenance schedule & checklist • Coordinates with customer and/or Production leaders Innovation and/or machine problems. • Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe working environment at all times and performs 6’S.• Knowledgeable in CNC Machining • Drilling, Grinding, Cutting, Milling and Lathe Machine Operation Knowledge • Checking and maintaining of spare parts; communication to purchasing team for quotation and PO requests • Communication to machine vendors for machine repairs (for machines still under warranty) and concerns

• AutoCAD Designing different jigs, tools, equipment, and/or materials for production and customer use • Creating machine programs with the use of CAD and CAM software • Communicating with production for checking and running of programs / drawings • Conducts trial and adjustment of jigs and fixtures and innovation equipment/machines • Fabricate, assembly, and modification of jigs and fixtures and tools / equipment • Carry out diagnosis of faults, and repairs of jigs and fixtures in a safe, timely and professional manner and return equipment to operational service. • Analyze, select and request of materials/components to be used in jigs & fixtures fabrication / innovation equipment • Check and ensure that machine jigs & fixtures and innovation equipment/machines are in good working condition before using in operation • Perform preventive maintenance of jigs, tools, and innovation equipment/machines • Assists in the development of preventive maintenance schedule & checklist • Coordinates with customer and/or Production leaders regarding Jig and fixtures, Innovation and/or machine problems. • Checking and monitoring of activity (machines / jigs and fixtures / innovation)
