I work directly with the clients and our internal team to expand the tools available to make their jobs easier and provide a smoother and more useful experience for the end users. Being a surveys and benchmarking company, data plays a huge role. A large part of what I do is ensuring efficiency and speed with users adding data to the system and for them to run reports and get information back out, while maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
