Desktop Support Technician
Current- Manage the IT solutions and services of various clients (M365 Admin Center, Intune, Microsoft Partner Center, Google Suite, Azure Active Directory, Local Active Directory, Webservers, SolarWinds, Printing Solution, UKG.
- Manage client IT infrastructure (Windows Servers 2012, 2016 2019, Hyper-V management, Radius servers, DHCP servers, IIS Servers, Cluster Manager, UniFi & Asus Wireless systems, Ubuntu systems, WatchGuard, Synology).
- Provide excellent end-user support in effectively rectifying issues.
- Timely handling of tickets through ZenDesk and IT Helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with a tiered support team to find permanent and effective solutions.
- Provide onsite and remote support to corporate end users' systems through Atera, TeamViewer, Quick Assist, and other collaborative applications.
