•Driving Subcontractors for Productivity, Utilization, Capacity,Cost, Quality, Yield, Process and Test improvements.•Coordinate product qualification activities to meet customer’s requirement and its release to production.•Offer technical guidance and recommendation to Sales & Customer Engineering team for new customers enquiries.

•Monitor Device performance for both Package and Probe and drive for improvement plans both internally and to subcon.•Product transfer from Inhouse pre-production to Subcon full production.•Coordinate with Foundry and Assembly house for any Customer return or RMA mat’l•Provide support in engineering Reliability and Qual monitoring test for Assembly on new material, method or machine

•Lead a team of 7 engineers in driving Production Performance, Continuous Improvement Plans(CIP) and Overall Equipment Efficiency(OEE).•Provide resolution for manufacturing on high Rejects, high Rework rate, Hardware and Software (Tester/Prober/probecard/program) problems.•Train and mentor junior engineers in providing lot disposition and verification, device qualification and customer support•Oversee Daily-sustaining activities by monitoring overkill issues, high rework rate, troubleshoot prober/probecard/program bug problems.

•Improved product yields by maintaining high tester efficiency, enabling monitoring functions such as online probecard clean, wafer clean, continuous fail alarms. And requiring production to perform contact check function to avoid open/short failures on the device under test.•Providing timely disposition on hold lots and follow up customer by email and by hold lot system to avoid delayed shipping.•Support customer on Engineering experiments and product characterization using shmoo and datalog.•Conduct process review by generating trend chart , bench marking and provide improvement plans.
