I have been in the BPO Industry for several years with several years as a Team Leader/Team Lead (oversee teams of 15 to 30 agents) while providing excellent Customer Service experience. In my previous role as a Team Leader from my previous companies, I manage our employees (inbound & outbound); provide coaching and feedback; make recommendations on our employee performance and overall company goals that enable them achieve their goals.
