Worked under top Chefs of the Royal Caribbean Cruise line where he was responsible for creating a systematic layout of appointments, meetings and deadlines for his team in a high volume atmosphere. Currently a Culinary Consultant where he is responsible for the food safety management, menu design, recipe writing, kitchen layouts, food cost, supply chain and constant training and development of his clients team.
