Main responsibilities:* Ideation and creation of all service requirements. * Creation, implementation and monitoring of complete marketing plan.* Ideation and design of the whole UX of the app.* Stipulation, monitoring and analysis of KPIs for all the different stakeholders involved in the service. * Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams both internal and external, some of them international (USA and France).* Lead negotiations with external suppliers acting as the main interlocutor and defending the company's positions in the negotiation. * Prioritize, calendar and support each of the stakeholders involved in the whole process.* Product roadmap and backlog management.* Constant search for new opportunities for expansion and diversification of the business.* Exhaustive knowledge of the "End 2 End" service in search of improvements in it.* Generation of business cases, economic proposals and implementation plans, both for presentation to senior management and external agents.* Creation of product technical requirement sheets.Impact:* In the initial implementation of the program, simultaneous coordination of 100 distributors nationwide (Spain), 5 departments within the internal organization and 4 external stakeholders.* Service training for 1,000 stores.* BTL advertising campaigns with large number of customers impacted, varying from 500,000 to 4 million each.* Business expansion to new high impact companies such as Caixa.* Opening of B2B channel with high value operations.* First transversal program within the company capable of offering value in the repurchase of used equipment associated with any of the company's services.
