Roderic Norman has over 25 years of experience originating and structuring innovative capital solutions, leading investors into new markets and working with diverse teams to build successful cross-border businesses. With a career at the intersection of public, private and development finance, Roderic launched and served as Senior Country Officer for JPMorgan’s Ghana office, covering West Africa (ex-Nigeria); was a pioneer team member of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC); and, more recently, led a team responsible for resource mobilization, governance and oversight for the African Development Bank’s multi-billion dollar non-statutory financing vehicles.Roderic holds a B.A. in international relations from Morehouse College; an M.A. in African studies and international economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced Studies (SAIS), where he was a Henry Luce Scholar (Hong Kong); and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was a Robert Toigo Fellow.Roderic has a long-standing passion for education and is co-founder and fundraising chair of the United World Colleges Togo National Committee. He previously served as a Trustee for the French American School of NY and a Director for the Harvard Cooperative Society (COOP).
