I also lead a and train a team of architects working exclusively in BIM technologies. My firm has developed into a niche services firm, specializing in design and construction of custom Luxury Homes for international clients, from all over the world. Knowledgeable in the most current trends in home design and technology for luxury homes.One of the only Firms in Costa Rica specialized in the Design-Build process of project delivery, I have executed design-build practices for over 20 years.Over 12 years ago embarked into a shift into working in then avant-garde Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. Today I am considered at Costa Rica's leading expert in BIM technologies and its application for advanced construction quality.I have also developed a strong collaborative project philosophy, either working collaboration projects together with several architectural firms in the USA on local projects, and by pushing and encouraging local professionals to also adopt advanced technologies to continually improve and up the ante on the quality of the work we all deliver. Experienced in the overall project coordination, and leading multi-disciplinary work teams for the development of projects. I integrate a keen knowledge in construction into my design abilities, where my Design-Build philosophy continually feeds design knowledge and talent with construction hands-on experience.I emphasize on establishing a very close relationship with my clients, and my services focus on being a smaller firm, and being able to provide always a personalized service.
