• Configure & install customer premise equipment• Evaluate customer needs and provide solutions.• Perform maintenance and upgrades to network core equipment• Utilize fiber & electrical media daily• Configure equipment with both Cisco IOS & Ciena SAOS• Provide desktop support for both Windows & Mac OS• Manage office network including DHCP, printers, wireless network, and antivirus administration• Coordinate with project managers to provision customer traffic within our network• Manage trouble ticket system (FileMaker Pro)• Utilize network monitoring systems to manage network (Observium and Solar Winds)• Configure and maintain DNS servers for network as well as customer records• Support and facilitate troubleshooting for point-to-point ethernet transport circuits• Establish customer relations and mitigate service interrupting incidents
