With over a decade of experience as an Instructional Assistant at Kern High School District, I am passionate about supporting student learning and development. In my role, I provide essential classroom support, assisting teachers in managing classroom activities, preparing educational materials, and offering one-on-one and group support to students. In addition to my role in education, I am also a dedicated Custodian at Inshape Family Fitness, where I ensure a clean and safe environment for gym members. With a strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and facility maintenance, I efficiently manage cleaning schedules, handle equipment, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. I provide myself on my effective communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability, allowing me to collaborate effectively with teaching staff, gym management, and colleagues to achieve common goals and enhance the learning and workout experience for students and gym members alike.
