Managed the total operation of a 50 plus person facility including 36 driver/subdrivers across 6 states. Controlled the finances of the facility negotiated contracts with sub contractors. Affected a drastic reduction in carrier claims from 10 to 12 thousand per month down to 1200.00 in the month of January. Handled HR duties for the facility.

In Charge of a multi- million dollar Inventory including production equipment, valves, and miscellaneous items across several states. Responsible for the company website on a Magento Platform. Directed the movement of materials and equipment through yard and transportation personnel. Acquired documentation necessary for the sale of equipment ( U1As and drawings ).

Re-organized storage areas for project materials, re-organized project folders, worked with Project Management to ensure all materials were bought for various projects, walked compressor packages to resolve descrepancies, tracked serial #s on yard to specific projects for engines, compressors,and coolers etc. Interface between shop and project management for needed materials.

In charge of Shipping & Receiving, Transportation, 18 million dollars in raw materials inventory plus project stock. Interfaced with planning, purchasing, and project management on materials needed for projects. Worked in Oracle and SAP and was key in the role over from one MRP system to the other. Worked with HSE department to achieve 3 million hours without a lost time accident.

In charge of a natural gas compression company including 1 super-intendant, 10 foreman, and 150 employees. Lead production meetings with operations, design, and project management with the purpose of procuring drawings and materials for fabrication. Responsible for approval of all consumables, tools, and parts needed for operations before sending on to purchasing. Did P&ID walk downs of completed projects with QC and project management before releasing them for shipment. Other duties included loss prevention, Safety, and transportation.
