Provides excellent customer service, inventory management, order processing, and problem resolution. • Assists the Online Store Manager/Calendar Program Coordinator in the sale and disposition of excess inventories of store items. Processes and fulfill orders received by the Club’s Online Store. • Improve store sales by testing and analyzing store product mix. Test sales channels with different product mixes, prices, offers, etc. Work with ad agency to create tests that improve sales; partner with Sierra Club Online Fundraising team and Digital Strategies team where appropriate to increase online sales of store and calendar. • Performs miscellaneous duties as directed.
