Employment Escalations Investigator
Current• Member of Amazonian Experience and Technology (AET) team, which provides global HR, disability accommodation, timekeeping, and payroll support to a workforce spanning 52 countries• Conducts internal audits and investigations relating to AET service programs and operations which reported via Ethics Hotline or received through C-level and senior executive channels• Utilizes Salesforce to manage active investigations from intake through resolution• Communicates directly with claimants and service teams to resolve outstanding employment or payroll concerns within 24-hours of intake.• Collaborates with service partners, Amazon third-party vendors, legal, and external escalation teams to conduct investigations geared toward resolving open employee issues and eliminating defects • Retrieves data across proprietary HR, payroll, timekeeping and workflow support ticketing systems in order to determine whether reported allegations and concerns are substantiated• Publishes executive summaries of investigation for service leaders and executive teams• Analyzes escalation case trends to investigate customer experiences, identify recurring defects, and challenge existing processes and policies to develop areas for improvement• Authors and distributes monthly trends report to identify rising signals, develop systemic and process-driven solutions, and determine the effectiveness of previous corrective actions implemented
