Facilities Manager
Current• Responsible for all aspects of facilities management within a 2000 strong, student and staff secondary education Academy. Including catering, cleaning, fleet vehicles, Grounds maintenance, furniture, security, infrastructure maintenance, utilities, and all aspects of repairs and maintenance. • Responsible for all the preparation and control of all facility contracts and SLA’s. Total budget control value in excess of £1 million. Provides all reports and presents to the board of Governors on a regular basis.• Responsible for the Human Resource, training and career management of 37 staff.• Responsible for the management of the Academy’s evening community centre including financial, staff and security requirements• Responsible for all accounts, and account audits, including purchasing, stock control and asset management.
