I’m Roderick Randolph, a dedicated fitness coach originally from Madison, Alabama, now living in Mason, Ohio. I recently moved here after getting engaged, and I’m excited to be getting married in July 2025. I have a dog named Mula who I absolutely love, and in my free time, I enjoy cooking and listening to music.I come from an athletic family. My older brother, Levi, played basketball at the University of Alabama, where he was the first Academic All-American in school history. He has spent time in the NBA, and currently plays in the EuroLeague. My younger brother, Kendall, played football at the University of Alabama, where he won two national championships, spent time in the NFL, and now plays in the CFL. I also have a baby brother who a two-sport standout athlete in middle school. As a former Division I athlete at Alabama A&M University, I graduated with honors, was a four-year letterman, and proudly served as the captain of the football team during my senior year. I also earned All-SWAC Academic honors for four consecutive years, balancing my athletic and academic pursuits to achieve success in both. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s in Systems and Materiel Engineering.After college, I stayed connected to my passion for fitness by coaching youth league teams and training high school athletes in strength and speed development. For over six years, I’ve also served as a civilian with the Department of Defense, and I now work as a civilian for the U.S. Air Force.In April, I joined F45, where I immediately felt at home with the supportive community and challenging environment. As an ACE Personal Trainer, I’m expanding my credentials to transform my lifelong passion for fitness into a way to help others achieve their personal best. My journey has always been about dedication—to my country, my community, and helping others succeed.
