• Deliver first class customer service by oral and written communication to all Florida residents qualified for Florida Commerce Reemployment Assistance Program• Manage inbound and outbound direct customer service calls in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment that requires superior organizational skills and great attention to detail• Advise claimants requiring assistance on behalf of Florida Commerce by administering state and federal programs and initiatives to help citizens, businesses, and communities• Manage approximately 40 calls daily to address unemployment and reemployment assistance matters• Serve as second level of escalation with accountability for voiding or ending disqualifications to remediate challenges experienced by claimants• Receive consistently positive performance reviews for effective and professional handling of calls, while demonstrating positive tone and providing accurate information• Provide superb coaching as evidenced by consistent scores for addressing Claimant’s concerns, establishing mutual understanding, maintaining a flow of calls, and demonstrating a thorough, professional approach
