DeMentha is a 501c3 non-profit music and art organization born in 2006 at Burning Man. Our mission is to promote experimental and temporal art and music while upholding the Ten Principles of Burning Man

+ Designed the following products delivering revenues in excess of $10M- - CMOS 1.8V rail-to-rail operational amplifier, AD8515.- - Programmable line-inversion TFT gamma reference IC, CST20.- - Programmable line-inversion TFT gamma reference IC, ADD8502.- - 12 & 18 channel dot-inversion TFT gamma reference ICs, ADD8707, ADD8708 & ADD8709.+ Developed & support flexible batch-mode simulation & documentation tool, TOPS. TOPS automates and executes parallel IC simulations, verification & documentation tasks. Used by more than 80 design engineers across 13 ADI locations. Directly contributes to TTM and fist-silicon success on new designs.+ Developed AC & DC automated op-amp evaluation system. Slashed op-amp evaluation times, and provided data previously unavailable to the design team.+ Launched & organized an annual ADI internal technical conference (SVTC) covering all engineering disciplines. Silicon Valley Technical Conference is now in its fourth successful year.

+ Developed evaluation and production test methods, hardware and software for ADP3801/02 Li-Ion battery chargers and ADP3402 GSM Power Management System IC.
