As the program manager, developed the technology apprenticeships by matching veterans, transitioning service members and military spouses with local technology companies. Allowing me to fulfill the mission of creating sustainable socioeconomic culture within the technology workforce development community.• Created a talent pipeline with access to over 500 technology companies and various military affiliate nonprofits, by cold calling, webinars, career fairs, committee events and social media platforms. • Hosted veteran focus career workshops and vet-working events as a means to introduce the meaning and benefits of technology apprenticeships. During the creation phrase, recruited over 50 companies that would give access to a direct point of contact within their company for any veteran, transitioning service member and military spouse whom seek to upskilled via apprenticeships, intern/fellowships, skillsbridge and entrepreneurial. Once the site was launched, companies such as ManTech, SAP, Maximus, PenFed and IBM to name a few with others joining.
