Roderika is currently graduating with degree at the Harvard Business School.She specializes in digital marketing and consulting, and has been doing work in this field since 2022 through "News Consulting" - a company providing digital marketing services worldwide.Roderika has managed the social media accounts for "EMPORIUM" - a major department store in Southeastern Europe, and she is currently employed as a Real Estate Marketing Assistant at the Mastropieri Group in Boca Raton, FL.In her spare time, Roderika has also established her own foundation in Kosovo, named "The Change Foundation", which works to improve life for women, kids, and those with special needs in the Republic of Kosovo.
