During the school year I was responsible with the following tasks; answering the phone, communication with people that may have disabilities, creating appointments, filing confidential student files, printing, and scanning. In addition I assist with an assortment of task that any of the four North Dakota State University (NDSU) TRiO departments assign to the front office. Some of these projects have varied from creating informational posters, excel spreadsheets, and editing books that would be reviewed by the state senate to pass grants. In the summers I branch off in TRiO and only work for UpwardBound. Last summer I would teach Spanish and assist in a math class. I also assisted supervising students and organized games. In the morning and evenings I would transport them to NDSU and back home. Overall working with in TRiO I have gained social, leadership and teamwork skills.

Interning at JLG was a great experience. I learned the importance of saving files within the network and work with firm design standards. Ward County Office Building: I assisted by creating simple Revit family components such as furniture, fire extinguishers, lights, vents, and many other miscellaneous components. I also assisted the team with redlines and plans such as furniture and ceiling. When the project was coming to an end I detailed areas such as the interior curtain walls, soffits and furniture. Once the project was submitted I had the task of plotting it. Lyceum Ice arena: Create and edit a schematic site plan.
