I am an attorney at Lawrence & Bundy in Atlanta, focused on commercial litigation, voter protection, and internal investigations. Previously, I was a litigation partner at Alston & Bird, where my practice focused on complex litigation, with an emphasis on antitrust cases and the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property. I represented clients in a number of leading cartel cases, both defending cartel claims and prosecuting private actions for plaintiffs. I also routinely counseled corporate clients on a variety of antitrust issues related to compliance and intellectual property licensing, pricing, joint ventures, standards-setting bodies, and patent pools. I utilized my economics background and experience to effectively manage outside economic experts and develop and present winning economic arguments in antitrust matters. I represented clients in many fields, including the computer manufacturing, automotive parts, health care, credit scoring, chemicals, and telecommunications industries.I am a member of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association and have been active in drafting and editing the private actions chapters of the yearly Annual Review of Antitrust Law Developments and the Antitrust Adviser treatise. I have been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer “Rising Star” from 2013-2018.
