As an Operations Manager, it is my responsibility to make sure the company is always moving. That every employee is able to perform their daily work and when not able to. Make sure this is corrected in a timely manner.

As CSE & Analyst Manager, it is my job to manage the CSE's and Analyst tools, parts, and knowledge when it comes to repairing Xerox equipment. It is my sole responsibility that the technicians have all the correct tools and parts to repair the devices in a timely manner.

As a Customer Service Engineer(CSE), My work consists of providing support to our customers using Xerox equipment. Support consist of repairing their equipment or instructing them to operate them properly. As an Analyst, I am the person who installs any software that relates to document management, I install them at the customer side when the customer does not have an IT staff. I also provide support to the IT staff when this is required.

My role was to pick up guests at the airport and bring them to the hotel, later on, guide them to their room. However, I have used this opportunity to provide the guest with full service. Picking them up, checking them in, tell them more about the island, and bring them to their rooms.
