Rodger worked as a Senior Associate at Hausfeld LLP where he was involved in some of the biggest follow-on damages claims before the courts of England & Wales.Rodger was involved in the litigation arising out of the marine hose, the copper fittings, the copper tubes and the car glass cartels. As well as having day-to-day conduct of these cases Rodger has also been involved in the funding aspects of these cases.

Rodger worked as a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Department at Baker & McKenzie where he gained a broad range of experience, including: competition, general commercial, banking, insolvency, public and administrative, construction and arbitration.During his time at Baker & McKenzie Rodger was, amongst other things, involved in: the litigation arising out of the collapse of Lehman Brothers Bank; the litigation surrounding Ofcom's consultation on mobile call termination charges; the litigation arising out of the multi-billion dollar fraud committed against the Ahmad Hamad Algosaibi Brothers; and an international arbitration arising out of a construction project in Kenya.
