• Led the process of acquiring Global Gap Certification. • Implemented a system of individual task target allocation to spearhead productivity and yield from 50% to 70% within twelve months. • Supervised Production managers in execution of field tasks to meet set target of 400,000 pineapple sucker plantings within 5 months. • Introduced an efficient system of workforce division which helped increase average fruit weight of harvested consignments from 1.2 kg to 1.5kg.• Put together a strategy that aided in reducing on-field rejected fruits by off-taker from 30% to 16%.

Supported the development of a proposal and frameworks for: • Comprehensive assessment of the capacities of financial institutions in Ghana for agricultural lending. • An analytical tool for selection of proposed value chains and propose two value chains and activities for financing using developed tool as basis for selection. • Guidelines for selection of future value chains. • Knowledge and Innovation Centre to support banks, insurance companies and agribusinesses in improving their knowledge of agriculture, lowering transaction costs and risks of lending to agriculture.

Developed and maintained relationships among project partners and coordinated resources and service delivery to improve access to financial services for the 750 farmers.

Facilitated land development of 64 hectares for the production of Butternut Squash and baby corn. Coordinated and supervised the training of 75 farmers on production of Butternut squash and baby corn under a center pivot irrigation system
