-Cooked at one of the top ranked restaurants in Charleston (Post House).-Worked 8-to-14-hour days going between the two restaurants while still ensuring timely and high-quality food.-Frequently trained new cooks and led our team of 3-4 people.-Worked every day in extremely stressful conditions cooking for 50-350 people in a team of 2-6 people while keeping composure and professionalism. -Aided with management and got an exclusive view into the internal functions of running a business.
