I harness the power of our firm's formidable capabilities to attract and retain exceptional talent, exceed client expectations, and deliver unparalleled client service.Through my own practice at Fenwick for almost three decades, I help U.S. and multinational clients achieve their business goals and strategically navigate intellectual property and commercial disputes. - My successful resolution of IP disputes has involved claims of trade secret misappropriation, copyright infringement, and trademark infringement. - An equal part of my practice includes defending technology claims in consumer class actions and other commercial disputes.- I work closely with clients across a variety of industries, including companies and individuals in the consumer technologies & retail, games, software, and hardware sectors.I‘ve been repeatedly recommended by multiple referral guides and directories for U.S. leading lawyers, based on the opinions of peers and clients, for my commercial and IP litigation, appellate and business litigation practice.
