Am responsible for creating and maintaining Oracle VM VirtualBox machine simulators to teach control of semiconductor deposition equipment. Worked with internal and external subject matter experts to create seminar and webinar training content. Created and documented standard PowerPoint templates for seminars and webinars. Documented the Customer Training department's processes for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating customer training.

Created the training materials for the next generation of the Media Application Server user interface.

Responsible for resolving software and IT functionality issues. Working with IT groups, software development teams and users in Michigan, Oregon and India.

Developed level 1 and 2 automated test procedures for Intel video and audio chipsets. Testing covered VGA, DisplayPort, DVI and HDMI interfaces.

Supported the training needs of the Tektronix worldwide video product line. This included conducting needs assessments for the account managers, application engineers, distributors and customers. Based on the needs assessment, I would design, develop and implement classroom, distributed or blended training programs as needed. Most programs would have a component that transfered the training to the job through followup study, testing and manager support. Finally I would evaluate the effectiveness of the training based on student feedback, formative evaluations and a summative evaluation.
