I am a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Certified Retirement Planner Counselor (CRPC®), and a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisers (NAPFA). My expertise in the investment and financial advisory profession began with one of the large Wall Street firms in 1984. Twelve years later, I founded Rodgers & Associates as a way to concentrate on financial planning. My vision was to help families prepare for a worry-free retirement through the creation and conservation of their wealth. Today, as a leading retirement expert and personal wealth adviser to high net worth individuals, I provide integrated financial, tax, and investment strategies, retirement planning, executive compensation, estate, and charitable planning.In the past two years I have become a frequent guest on cable and public television, and various regional and national radio news programs, noted for my expert commentary on retirement planning and tax strategy. As a professional speaker, I have stood before diverse audiences to discuss strategies for building and retaining wealth.I am the author of the book, “Don't Retire Broke: An Indispensable Guide to Tax-Efficient Retirement Planning and Financial Freedom.”I am a committed Christian who cares about my community. I am active in my church and have volunteered as a Mortgage Counselor for Tabor Community Services. I serve on the finance committee of the United Way of Lancaster County and recently finished a term on the Board of Directors for LancasterHistory.org.
